Our events are sometimes fully booked. For fire protection and safety reasons, we only allow seated audiences in Kapellsalen. Here are some rules of behaviour:

  • In the case of free admission, we admit the public in the order in which they arrive. First come, first served.
  • It is possible to hold a seat for your party as long as we judge that it is not about to be full. If it is full, we may have to give the seat to someone who arrives before your party.
  • If you need to leave the hall (e.g. to visit the toilet), please take your seat in the hall first and then inform the staff on site that you are leaving, so that we can ensure that you keep your seat.
